excellent spacefriendly staffeasy accesssqueaky hinge
The family room provided excellent space. it includes a table with chairs. This allowed us to relax more comfortably. the staff were also friendly and helpful. everything were easy to find.
the bathroom door hinges was very squeaky. this woke me up during the night. the rooms were also very warm during night hours.

The hotel features a pool. There also is a kids pool with bubbles. staff attentively turned on the bubbles for younger kids. the gym has sufficient equipment and the tennis court is well-kept.

dirty carpetchipped paint
The room showed signs of wear. The carpet needed cleaning. Scratches marred the wooden bed frame and paint chipped off. Empty drink cans sat on the balcony. I found dead flies in the bathroom light fixture. The shower needs updating. The curtain felt unhygienic. The receptionist mentioned some guests prefer cold rooms, but the lack of initial heating seemed inadequate. (I found this a bit unsettling).

the breakfast service was not up to standard. on one morning, i arrived at 09:45 and several items were already depleted. there was a significant wait for replenishment, that created a delay. the selection was limited compared to expectations formed by similar establishments. i chose to dine elsewhere on subsequent mornings.

The staff were helpful and accommodating . I found the room very clean and the pool and gym were great additions. The bed was a bit uncomfortable (perhaps just my personal preference).
Room service was stated in the booklet, but it was not available.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were able to accommodate dietary needs. I appreciated that the staff was knowledgeable about allergens and cross-contamination, made dining safer.
